This is a set of ProSource fit resistance tubes. It includes a green which is 5 to 8 pounds resistance, a red, which is 8 to 12 pounds resistance, a turquoise which is 12 to 16 pounds resistance and a black which is 16 to 20 pounds resistance. These are new never used.
