The PPCs Acrylic Bender is a homemade tool that allows you to bend materials such as acrylic and other plastics to nearly any angle, with extremely clean results. The design is very simple and is made from MDF, Aluminum U channel, Nichrome Resistance Wire and a variable DC PSU. The bender comes fully assembled with the PSU as well. The bender also comes with a 90° angle guide. You can follow the instructions provided in the video linked below to learn how to use one of our benders.
