This product is a beautifully crafted Murano glass pear paperweight, featuring a unique sommerso technique that creates a blue amber , gold and peacock blue color palette. Stunning unable to capture with the camera how good it is. The applied stem is gorgeous with the traditional Murano method of gold flecking. It's absolutely beautiful and the quality is the best! It still has its original blue & silver foil label, although it is a bit worn. This piece is post-war sometime between the 1940s and 1960s and would make a stunning show piece in a MCM home or in a Murano collection. Words and photos cannot do it justice has the original Murano Italy sticker! Some glass pears out there look similar so compare features and detail.
