Introducing the Circle Pro Plasma Stencils, these are sized to fill in the gaps of the already effective original Plasma Stencils. With the new sizes you can get even more precise and become a professional fabricator. For a tight fit you can under cut your desired circle and then finish sand for an accurate size and location. New sizes work great for o2 sensors, 2" and 2 1/2" flush mount trailer lights, pipe fitting and much more. The Plasma Stencils will guide your hand held plasma cutter to quickly and accurately cut a perfect circle. The stencils are offset to precisely cut the indicated size from the center of the arc, this allows a little clearance for easy assembly. Each kit includes 5 stencils for 10 sizes: circles range from 7/16"-2 3/4" in diameter. Available for most plasma cutters that have a drag shield attachment. The outside radius and straight edges act as bonus cutting guides. Laser cut and etched from 11ga.(1/8") cold rolled steel. The end result is a quick, clean and accurate cut that can be done anywhere. Made in the USA.Designed for use with a drag shield/nozzle. Check the pictured chart to find your machine or measure your drag shield.
