It has a polypropylene housing for dimensional stability and resistance to chemicals, and a coconut shell granular activated carbon filtering medium. It measures 10-1/2 x 2 inches (h x w). it has 1/4" female national pipe taper (npt) threaded inlet and outlet ports, and its estimated lifespan is 2,500 gallons.
