Pendleton Woolen Mills Overcoat Palmer House Arcade Chicago Vintage MCM Mens XL?

This is a beautiful coat in perfect condition. Picked up at the thrift store - Mid Century Modern at it's finest - MCM. After a little bit of research I found out at one time the Palmer House had stores inside - thus the tag. Not sure on size - Please see photos for measurements.
