PEI 9085 is a polyetherimide material with a relatively low molding temperature and good fluidity. It is an aerospace-proven and well-rounded 3D printing material with great resistance to heat, flame, and chemicals, high strength, and toughness.
- Inherent flame retardancy, meets UL 94 V0 and FAA requirements, and can meet standards for flame, smoke and toxicity
- Extensive chemical resistance, good resistance to gasoline, various hydrocarbon solvents, and even dilute acids and alkalis
- Excellent impact resistance, high notched and unnotched impact strength, and high strength-to-weight ratio
- Excellent heat resistance, heat deformation temperature and Vicat softening temperature can reach about 175°C, and can still maintain high strength and modulus at 160°C
- Hot bed temperature 140-220°C; printing temperature 320-350°C; printer chamber temperature 90-180°C; printing speed 20-50 mm/s
