The case is constructed of 3/8 inch plywood with a hard black PVC laminate on the outside and a carpet lined inside. The case is assembled with heavy gauge aluminum extrusions machine riveted throughout and the corners are protected by heavy gauge steel flat corners. All the catches and handle are rust resistant and spring loaded. 4 catches and handle are recessed into the case for strength and sheer resistance. There is no pedal board included in this case. The bottom portion of the case (the tray or base) is used for a pedal board. Simply velcro (not included) your pedals to the velcro friendly carpet lining in the case and you're ready to go.
