The image is only on one side of the throw pillow. Pattern Pop offers our throw pillows two ways. One option is cover only. We will ship you the printed cover and you will provide your own insert. We suggest an 18x18 inch insert. The bottom zipper makes adding an insert easy. The other option is we will ship you a complete throw pillow with the insert already in the throw pillow. Our insert is a poly-blend.
