Ideal for bonding quarter panels, roofs, and door skins，and other non-structural metal body panels. Working Time: 90 minutes at 77℉. Full Cure Time: 24 hours at 77℉. Shear Strength: 15–25 MPa (after 7 days at room temperature or 3 hours heat cure at 176℉). Usage Instructions 1 Surface Treatment: Wipe the bonding surfaces until they are free of rust, water, and oil. Severely rusted surfaces must be sanded. 2 Equalize Cartridge:extrude until equalize amount come from both side ,Then screw on the mixing nozzle and discard approximately 5 grams of the extruded adhesive. 3 Application: Apply the mixed adhesive evenly to the surfaces to be bonded, then align and join them. 4 Curing: Allow the adhesive to cure for the specified time before use. If the ambient temperature is below 59℉, the curing time may be extended appropriately. Curing at 176℉ for 3 hours can shorten the curing time and achieve optimal coating performance.
