Our thermo-treated nylon-string models use a revolutionary process that transforms select woods into "aged" tonewoods. Carefully heated in a vacuum chamber, moisture and resins are removed in a process that would otherwise take decades. The result is wood that’s lighter, harder, and stronger, while retaining exceptional tonal response and resonance. This process also gives the spruce tops a rich, amber shine, adding an extra vintage aesthetic.
