This is a black EX HELMET BAG from O.E.M.
It's almost new, having been used only 2-3 times after purchase.
The condition is as shown in the photos.
The fabric is Limonta nylon, and the bag appears to be sewn at a factory that also sews for Yoshid* Kaban.

The "EX" in EX HELMET BAG has two meanings:
One is "EXTREME," referring to the high-quality nylon from the Italian company LIMONTA.
The other is "EXPAND," referring to the detail that allows you to change the capacity and silhouette by opening and closing the side zippers.
While maintaining the essential design of a helmet bag, the width has been increased to create a horizontal form, emphasizing the fit and drape when carried over the shoulder.
When the zippers are closed, it takes on the form of a briefcase, and it also has an inner pocket that can hold a 13-inch laptop and A4 files.
It can be used in a wide range of situations, from casual to business use.
