I’m pretty sure it’s v1 but don’t know how to check, I will have the switch complete reset upon purchase. Whatever u see is what you get. Big concerns are joysticks have major drift kind of playable but buy with knowing this. Comes with some accessories and 2 games. Has some light scratches the back part of the switch comes out if you apply to much pressure. Comes with a case.
