Initially released in several European SB retailers in July of 08 this Dunk Low SB was inspired by Pro Randy Colvin and his World Industries deck ( see last picture ). The 1991 “Velvet Deck” was fairly interesting for the time as it had black velvet flocking on it and glowed under black lights with its use of mostly orange, pink & green neon colors. This is one of the coolest Dunk Low’s from the SB line to ever release.
