The base and top are high-grade, made-to-last cast metal, joined with heavy-duty ball bearings that allow you to spin the top easily. This durable wheel holds up to 40 lbs. and has a non-skid rubber boot that holds the wheel firmly in place. The top comes with etched concentric circles for easy centering and a weighted rim that gives the wheel extra momentum when you spin it.
