The 1/2" and 5/8" grab hooks are securely attached to the eye of the binder. Thus, helps in retracting and extending it from 26-3/8" and 32-5/8" with a take-up of 6".Folding Handle: Secure the handle to the side when not in use—it will collapse to 180 degrees, minimizing the risk of being stuck somewhere during transportation. The 3-gear system will allow you to ratchet the chain from any direction. Note: It’s recommended not to tighten too much as it may affect functionality. Also, the working load limit should not be exceeded.Load Capacity: The working load limit of this safety green folding ratchet chain binder is 18,100 lbs with a breaking strength of 72,400 lbs. It will easily withstand load as per the mentioned load; however, exceeding it might lead to load slippage, binder breakage and casualties. Hassle-Free Installation & Removal: The entire process of installation is added below:- Firstly, unscrew the hooks on both sides about 15 times.Connect the hooks to the chains or anchor points of a flatbed trailer.Once the hooks are attached, push the handle front and back for chain tightening. This is the ratchet mechanism.Once you achieve the desired tension, use the lever lock to secure it and pull the handle down.If you want to uninstall the chain binder, pull the handle up and release the lock lever. Start unscrewing the hooks until the chains are loose enough to release hooks.
