This radio has some memories there for all to see, though none of that really detracts from using and enjoying this great radio!
The telescoping antenna is intact and like new. It has a directional ferrite core antenna for locating AM signals, Automatic Frequency Control do FM stations stay locked in, and a simple tone and volume control.
Tuning is done with both a coarse and fine tuning knob right above the band select knob.
The radio is great! Pulled in plenty of signals. I like it. The cassette player feature is not all that great.
Radio has carrying / shoulder strap, rack type hand grips and can take power from the AC mains, a simple 12V adapter, or internal "C" batteries.
The sound is clean and clear. You can connect an external antenna and a mic to use the P.A. feature should you want to get the word out.
