The Blackbird degree H.265 HDMI degree over IP Kit allows you to distribute an HDMI video signal to distances up to 492 feet (150 meters) over a single Cat5e/6 Ethernet cable. In addition to a normal connection between the Encoder/Transmitter and Decoder/Receiver, the Encoder can be connected directly to a computer and the signal can be decoded using the VLC degree free, open source media player. It can also connect to one or more Decoders/Receivers through an Ethernet switch, thereby allowing distribution to multiple displays. it supports the H.264 and H.265 codecs and video resolutions up to 1900x1200@60Hz with the YCbCr 4:4:4 color space.
- Network Broadcast: The system is designed to work with your existing Gigabit Ethernet network, allowing you to extend the HDMI signal to any part of your home. Simply add a decoder at the remote location to view the source video. This gives a virtually unlimited number of extensions.
- Supports Full HD: In addition to support for Full HD (1080p) video, this extendersupports video resolutions up to 1900x1200@60Hz with the YCbCr 4:4:4 color space.
- Video Compression: When transmitted over a network, Full HD uncompressed video canbog down the network. H.265 real time video compression reduces the bandwidth required for Full HD video, ensuring that it doesn't negatively impact network performance.
