MKT Fastening Sup-R-Stud mechanical wedge anchor is made of 303/304 stainless steel. Required hole diameter equals anchor diameter. Excellent for setting immediately. Can be loaded immediately. Can be set in a bottomless hole. Simple installation. Nut and washer supplied in package. ROHS compliant. Concerns: do not use in brick or block, not advised for use where vibratory loads are high, oversize holes are detrimental and will reduce load performance. Approvals/listings: G.S.A. Spec FF-S-325C, Group II, Type 4, Class 1. 1-3/8-inches Thread length. 1/4-inches Hole diameter. 7/8-inches max thickness mat to be anchored. 8-10 foot pounds required torque to set. Measures 1/4-inches diameter by 2-1/4-inches length. 1/4" - 20 Thread size. 1-1/8-inches Minimum embedment and 2-1/4-inches embedment In concrete. Ultimate tension in 2000 PSI concrete: 1173 and 2573 pounds. Ultimate tension in 4000 PSI concrete: 1015 pounds and 2711 pounds. Ultimate shear: 1472 pounds.
