The S63 twin-turbo V8 is underrated from the factory and responds well to tuning and bolt on modifications. Calling it the ultimate super sedan would not do this car justice, it’s just that good. Our team set out to create a replacement, high-performance oil cooler that could handle the rigors of extreme driving conditions and the abuse of daily commuting. The Mishimoto S63 M5/M6 oil cooler features extremely precise CNC-machined billet-aluminum end tanks which are professionally TIG-welded to our robust bar-and-plate core. Our strategically designed 55mm-thick core provides a massive 24% increase in core volume, and a 40% increase in external fin surface area. This added surface area promotes greater heat transfer, which directly impacts internal fluid temperatures. Our performance oil cooler is a complete bolt-on solution that includes everything needed for an easy installation such as hardware and replacement O-rings for the oil lines. Our heat exchanger is finished in a durable silver powder coat, providing both corrosion resistance and improved aesthetics.
