From the Manufacturer The B-24 holds the world record for being the most produced aircraft of all time. Developed as a long-range bomber just prior to the second world war, the B-24 served throughout the war in every combat zone. This model represents a US Navy Patrol Bomber and training aircraft used in 1944. This aircraft was essentially the same type of airplane used by the US Army long-range bombing groups.
