One of the blue figures has broken off its base, but is present and just needs to be glued. One of the red pieces has broken off its base, and the figure is missing. These broken/missing pieces are only used in the 2-player game however; for any other player count (3-8) all pieces are present and intact. The components otherwise show only light signs of wear (see photos). The board is in great shape. The box has some wear, and one split corner that has been taped, but is overall pretty solid. The original instructions are missing but I shall include a print-out of a typed rules summary.
