MG Chemicals 8349TFM Thermally Conductive 1 to 1 Epoxy Adhesive, Two Part 25 mL Dual Syringe

8349TFM Thermal Adhesive is a 2-part 1-1 epoxy system. It is a smooth, dark, off-grey paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. It meets UL 94V-0 Standard as flame retardant. It bonds well to metals, ceramics, glass, and most plastics used in electronic assemblies. This thermal adhesive is most often used to bond heatsinks to CPUs, LEDs, and other electronic components, but is also suitable in many other applications that require a thermally conductive electrically insulating adhesive. This product is viscous, yet flowable enough to dispense from a syringe. The 46ml size may be used with a mixing tip when dispensed with a dispensing gun or pressurized system. This thermal glue has a 20-minute working time. We also offer a faster-setting alternative with a 5-minute working time (8329TFF), a heat cure alternative with a 4-hour working time (8329TFS), and a heat cure 1-part alternative with an unlimited working time (9460TC). A silver-filled electrically conductive version and thermal pastes are also available. Recommended Preparation Clean the substrate with Isopropyl Alcohol, MG 824, so the surface is free of oils, dust, and other residues. Syringe or Cartridge 1. Twist and remove the cap from the syringe or cartridge. Do not discard cap. 2. Dispense a small amount to ensure even flow of both parts. A manual or pneumatic dispensing gun is required for a 50 mL cartridge. 3. (Optional) Attach a static mixer. a. Dispense and discard 3 to 5 mL of the product to ensure a homogeneous mixture. b. After use, dispose of static mixer. 4. Without a static mixer, dispense material on a mixing surface or container, and thoroughly mix parts A and B together. 5. To stop the flow, pull back on the plunger. 6. Clean nozzle to prevent contamination and material buildup. 7.
