The light axle rust can be cleaned off with emery cloth, but not sure if all will come off, so I have discounted it some. I took pictures of the worst ones, so look at pictures and you decide as selling as is with no returns so ask all questions before you click to buy. Pretty FIRM on price due to rarity and other prices on other sites.
