Mastercool 53223 Cartridge-Type Universal A/C Dye Injector The Mastercool 53223 is a fast and technician-friendly tool for injecting UV fluorescent dye into R12 and R134a A/C systems. Its twist-handle design with application markings makes it easy to deliver consistent doses from a pre-filled 2 oz cartridge (25 applications). Injection Instructions: 1. Hold the cartridge upright, remove the cap, and connect the hose assembly. 2. Attach the handle and twist clockwise as dye enters the hose and pushes air out. 3. Use a pen to press the coupler valve until dye reaches the hose tip. 4. With the A/C system and engine off, connect to the low-side port and twist the handle 1 to 1¼ turns to inject 1 application.
