I purchased this at an estate sale, so I am not an expert on this, but from researching it online it’s a magic illusion, ring escape. Rings are inspected by audience and the screwed into the pole and magic assistant escapes. It did not come with a curtain, so you would need that and a hula hoop to hold it, otherwise everything you need is included and even a carrying bag for it. Looks like these retail for $800-$1500 new. No idea who made it.
