This Kwikset Smartcode 270 touch electronic lock is in like new condition. It was my neighbor’s before he moved. He gave it to me and i never got around to installing it either. He never fully installed so it was not used. Although** I’m not sure why but there a tiny hole on the front frame (as seen in pics). I have no clue how it got there. I have tested the key and it works. I have also tested the power function with batteries and it lights up (as seen in pics) So I’m discounting the $89.99 Amazon price to $50.
