This is a COMBO package consisting of one replacement for the Atlantic Ultraviolet Mighty Pure MP36A (05-1343-R) lamp and one 15-1113A replacement quartz sleeve. These are not made by Atlantc Ultraviolet. The lamp measures 843mm (about 33 inches) excluding the single pin on each end of the lamp. Its peak output is at 254nm (UV-C) for use in water treatment systems. The rated useful life is 10,000 hours. The sleeve measures about 35.2 inches, and is open on both ends. Two O-rings are included for proper installation, at no extra charge. This lamp/sleeve combo is used in these and other systems: Atlantic Ultraviolet Mighty Pure MP36 / MP-36 Atlantic Ultraviolet Mighty Pure MP36A / MP-36A Atlantic Ultraviolet Mighty Pure MP36B / MP-36B Atlantic Ultraviolet Mighty Pure MP36C / MP-36CThe lamp is EPA regulation compliant
