Cut-out holly leaves in the shade allow the candle flame to show through and heat to dissipate. Tartan ribbon tied in three bows circles the shade, while the base is decorated with two bunches of holly, fruit, and acorns. Rims are trimmed with 24-carat gold. Coordinating with Lenox's Holiday Tartan dinnerware pattern, the fine china lamp is glazed a warm ivory color. A glass candle holder and a scented votive candle are included with the lamp. Lenox recommends using a votive candle no more than 1-5/8 inches in height with the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch to prevent overheating and smoking.
