It’s pin-loaded, so changing between the 10lb weight increments is nearly effortless — pick your weight, slide in the pin, and then command your lats to grow!
- Rack Attachment Compatible: Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better… our lat pulldown machine also fits our power rack attachments. Since there’s only one upright with its full length usable, the Lever Arms (and any other attachment that needs two uprights) are a no-go. But, you can mount a Y-Dip Attachment for a juicy upper body superset, or a couple of Plate Pegs to store some weight plates, or even attach a landmine to the bottom crosspiece!
