Laser Line Up Tool - Belt, Pulley, Sheave, Chain, and Sprocket Alignment Tool

The LLT1 makes aligning pulleys, sprockets, light curtains, and other similar components fast and easy. Any application which requires two planes or surfaces to be aligned. This tool can be set up in less than 15 seconds by a new user. Correctly aligned drives reduce maintenance costs and increase efficiency.

• Checking for proper alignment on belt and chain drives increases drive efficiency, power transmission, and component life. Proper alignment also reduces heat, noise, and downtime. This tool is the perfect solution for HVAC and other Industrial applications.
• This tool checks all forms of misalignment. Many other laser alignment tools only check 1 or 2. LLT1 also has no mirrors which can reflect laser beams unpredictably. LLT1 uses magnets to mount and therefore requires a steel or iron surface. It can mount and function in any orientation while allowing the user to see adjustments in real time.
• Simple alignment procedure: Mount laser onto the smaller pulley, pointed towards the larger pulley. Place the targets on the larger pulley or sprocket. To increase accuracy, maximize the distance between the targets. Ensure one pulley or sprocket is locked in place. Turn the laser on and work to adjust the plane of the other until all targets are indicating 0. For best results, tension the drive at the same time.
