Large panda plushie

A white and black panda stuffed animal, characterized by large eyes and a red nose.

This stuffed animal is from around the time the pandas came to Ueno Zoo. It is believed to be from around 1972.
My mother received it as a gift before she got married, and it has been sitting for nearly 50 years, so its legs float when laid down. The tag is also worn, so the details are unclear.

There are scratches on the eyes and a dent in the nose.
These are said to be scratches that occurred when it was cleaned once. After that, it was covered in plastic and displayed in the room.

The right ear is frayed.
If you wish, I can sew it discreetly, so please let me know.

Originally, a panda's tail is white, but this one has a black tail. Because it is an early panda stuffed animal, it does not have the facial features of later models.
