IF YOUR 300 MODEL HAS THE WHITE TUBE INSIDE OF IT, THAT TAPERS DOWN AT THE BOTTOM, THIS GAS CAP WILL NOT WORK. THIS GAS CAP CAN END UP CLOCKING 180 OFF ON SOME MODELS, MAKING IT APPEAR UPSIDE DOWN. IF IT DOES, JUST ADD THE GASKET FROM YOUR OLD CAP TO THIS ONE, AND IT BRINGS IT AROUND PRETTY GOOD.
