One-Piece Fingertight Fittings Get the convenience of a nut and ferrule built into one fitting. No need to worry the ferrule could get stuck in the receiving port! Fittings are available in various colors, materials and port sizes to suit virtually every application. Fittings with headless knurl are ideal for tight spaces, while diamond knurl provides an extra grip for tightening the fitting. There also are fittings with ChromTRAC knobs that can be used with stainless steel, polyetheretherketone (PEEK) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tubing. The knobs snap directly on nuts to make finger tightening easy. Two-Piece Fingertight Fittings Two-piece fittings consist of a separate nut and ferrule. Save money by replacing only the ferrule. Use the winged nut head fittings for extra leverage when tightening the fitting into a receiving port. PEEK fittings include PEEK ferrule model number, 02007-50 and SS fittings PEEK ferrule model number, 02007-52. For mass spectrometer electrospray application, order ferrule model number, 02019-15. Two-Piece SealTight Fingertight Fittings The dual compression created by the specially designed nut and ferrule allows it to be used at a higher-pressure rating -- up to 9000 psi! SealTight ferrules feature a slotted end, creating a second compression zone and allowing for a tight seal. All SealTight fittings for 1/16 (in) OD tubing and 10-32 coned ports come with black PEEK ferrule model number, 02018-99. Select from a variety of head styles to meet various space constraints. MicroTight One-Piece Fittings Use MicroTight fittings to make superior fingertight connections with capillary tubing. These fittings are designed to work with 360 µm and 1/32 (in) OD tubing or MicroTight tubing sleeves. MicroTight fittings withstand temperatures up to 125°C (257°F). Select from headless or standard knurl head configurations. MicroTight Two-Piece Fittings Make tight connections using a female nut matched with a microferrule. Female nuts with 5/16-24 coned ports feature standard knurl heads and are used with microferrules for connecting specific tubing OD. Female nuts are manufactured from a proprietary PEEK blend, which allows them to withstand temperatures up to 200°C (392°F).
