Originally blended to make a delicious cabbage dish, by chopping cabbage, carrots, celery, and onions, placing in a pot and adding "Hey Mon Caribbean Stew Cabbage Spice", and about two table spoons of our BBQ sauce. Cover, and cook on a medium fire for about 30 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking process. (No need to add water, it makes its own broth). Can also be used to season other vegetables, seafood and some meats. (Not Hot) Only 5 Mg's of Sodium.
