The plant offered is a Grafted Hass Avocado Liner. These plants will produce excellent flavored Avocado with 7-12oz. fruits, with green bumpy skin turning dark or black when ripe. Hardy down to 30 degrees, great for the orchard or for the backyard grower. These produce almost year round with the harvest season being from February to October. Ready to be shipped and planted in your yard or plant when it arrives. ***These plants are grafted and guaranteed to produce Hass Avocados.*** The orange growing liner is approx.: 9", and the tree's themselves are between 12"+ tall depending on age. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS Note: The photos of the plants and flowers were taken in our growing area and are of our plants. ***PLEASE NOTE: These trees are young grafted trees and sometimes grow from a bud on the SIDE, which in turn makes the branch grow to the side. This is Normal. If you want a tree that is perfectly straight, you will have to stake it up to train it if you want a straight tree. or go to a nursery that has already TRAINED the trees. • Planting a young Grafted tree is smarter than planting a pit, as you'll have to wait at least fifteen years for the pit to produce a harvest -- and even then, pit-grown avocados may not excite your taste buds.
