Happy Fall!
Every part of my signs are cut, sanded, painted, stained, and assembled in my home workshop—from the 3/4” pine backs to the 1/8” plywood plaques. I use a CNC router to cut the pumpkin backers and a laser to cut and engrave the plaques on the front. Then I individually glue each piece. This is what gives it that 3D effect that makes you sign “pop!’
The stems of the pumpkins are made from sticks found in my backyard, hot glued on and tied with twine.
