Handmade dress. Red velour with embossed roses in the fabric. Black pleather around the edges of the dress. (There are a few places where the red velour is not perfectly sewn under the black pleather binding material. This does not affect the wearability of the dress.)
The ties on the bottom are retractable drawstrings. They can be tightened to create the draping pictured, or loosened to create more of a pencil skirt style.
Open back design with small crystal like buttons on the neckline. These can be moved over if you need more neck-room. Has front lace up details. (There is a fold under the neck - does not affect wearability.)
Approximately a size large. The material does have a little stretch to it.
Neckline to hem - 36"
Bust (laying flat) - 17-18"
Waist (laying flat) - 16-17"
