TPC series Tail Pieces are threaded with NPS (Straight) female pipe thread, and are for use with GROCO SV series Seacocks or with any product with straight male pipe thread. The use of TPC series Tail Pieces on products with NPT (tapered) pipe thread is recommended only for low pressure application, and then only with a generous application of pipe sealant or thread tape. TPS series 90 Deg. tail pieces are comprised of two pieces. The swivel may be rotated in any direction to facilitate hook-up; then the nut is tightened.
