Heather (or Anama) is honey produced by the bush flowers called Heather (Reiki). Dark honey with a strong taste that demanding consumers prefer it. It crystallizes rapidly from 1-3 months. It has a high nutritional value that stimulates the body and contains a great deal of pollen. This very special honey is collected in the autumn months from the mountains of Ikaria. Reiki is one of the most important bee plants because it also allows the bee to be renewed.
