YSHIELD AQUACOND G20 is a water-based dispersion of natural graphite with an average particle diameter of 20 µm and Carbon Black. When combined with a binder, it enables square resistances as low as 2 ohms. Its neutral formulation makes it versatile across various technological fields. It's a universally applicable standard dispersion for formulating shielding paints, lacquers, plastic coatings, glass fabric coatings, impregnating liquids, infrared heating coatings, absorber foams, corrosion protection paints, and more. Technical Data: Packaged in 1-liter containers (20 liters per box), it's dark grey, water-based, with a non-ionic dispersing additive. The G20 pigment is natural graphite with d50 = 20 µm and d90 = 50 µm, allowing resistances down to 2 ohms when used with our AQUACOND BAC binder. It has a viscosity of 2400 mPas, a pH of 6.9, a density of 1.32 kg/l, a solids content of 39.5%, and a VOC content of 0 g/l. Its ingredients include water, natural graphite, carbon black, additives, and BIT/INN preservatives, making it water-soluble without additional binders. Since 2003, we've been developing and producing electrically conductive carbon coatings. Alongside our renowned standard products, we've created many individual solutions for absorption, plastic coatings, heating applications, textile coatings, and more. To streamline this process, we've developed the AQUACOND mixing system, allowing compatible base components to be mixed freely for individual conductivity applications. Our aqueous dispersions are designed for maximum compatibility with a wide range of common ingredients.
