• Our Roasting Process - We put good energy into every step of our roasting process. First, we use a hybrid of air and drum roasting which has allowed us to become 90% more energy efficient. This is because our system recycles hot air instead of releasing it. Each batch is carefully monitored, evaluated with a color reading after cooling, and tasted at the final stage to ensure that the coffee we send to you is of the highest quality and up to our rigorous standards.
