Water-resistant 600-fill DownTek insulation with 75% goose down and 25% goose feathers and plush, high-pile fleece lining keep hands toasty warm all day. DownTek Water Repellent Down is down that has been treated with water-repellent-nano-treatment that eliminates waste run-off. Gordini supports the Responsible Down Standard in our use of down. Breathable, waterproof, windproof AquaBloc inserts, moisture-wicking lining, and water-resistant Clutch synthetic leather palms keep hands dry and comfortable. Exclusively engineered for hand wear, AquaBloc is an insert technology that allows moisture accumulated from within the mitten to escape and provide for breathability and enhanced warmth and comfort. Clutch synthetic leather is more abrasion-resistant and breathable than cow grain leathers used in gloves and mittens. These kids’ mittens are great for cold weather skiing and time outside in the snow. The best way to clean and dry Gordini gloves and mittens: wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soapy solution if needed, then hang-dry away from a direct heat source. Do not machine dry or dry clean.
