If GFCI has been wired properly, you can press the RESET button fully and it will supply the power to outlet and the load terminal; Press the TEST button to test the GFCI and will stop the flow of electricity. This GFCI Outlet has LED Indicator lights to let you know the power, connection and protection status of the receptacle.
