Get the Edge is a very powerful motivational program. Tony Robbins really knows what he is talking about and really gives a lot of powerful techniques that you can use straight away to find that "gap" between where you are now, and where you want to be, so that you can begin to close that gap. He is so full of energy it is infectious and you will be swept away with the energy, if you are like me.
For a whole month after this, I was getting up at 4 in the morning to do my hour of power. Now I do it 3 days a week but I have really kept the spirit of this program with me every minute of the day. It changed my life, and it can change your life too.
