Galcon / DIG 8006 AC-6 Six-Station Indoor Irrigation Controller

The Galcon/DIG 8006 AC-6 is an entry level, residential Indoor Irrigation controller. Designed to operate up to 6 Irrigation Control Valves in addition to a Master Valve/Pump Start. In addition to outstanding durability, the 8006 AC 6 features a large easy-to-program LCD screen and Four Buttons for programming. This controller offers the ultimate flexibility in scheduling by offering independent programming of each valve and the ability to operate two valves simultaneously. Programming can be set by day of the week (Daily/Weekly) or in cycles (Cyclic) and with an irrigation duration as short as 1 minute to as long as 12 hours. Up to 4 start times per valve may be used when daily/weekly programming is used, or a cycle as short as every day (or as long as every 30 days) when cyclical programming is used. The available sensor input can be used with a rain sensor, soil moisture sensor, etc., to conserve water. The sensor input is assigned to individual valves providing you with the flexibility of preventing irrigation in areas that are exposed to rain (eg, lawn) and allowing irrigation to areas that are not exposed to rain (eg, covered patio). Monthly Water Budgeting can be used to adjust irrigation from 10% - 190%. Rain Delay of up to 30 days and auto re-start. In the event of a fault within the system, there's Semi-Automatic and Manual mode for each valve (or all of the vales simultaneously): as the automatic short circuit detection isolates the shorted valve, the LCD display provides a visible "alarm" of the problem short, and continues to provide irrigation for the rest of the valves.
