Our Premium Basswood planks are the best we offer but may not be 100% clear. They will have smaller blemishes than our rustic line, such as knots, black or green streaks; which we try to keep these to a minimum and towards the edges and ends where we can. These are the best pieces for laser engraving and woodburning but they may not be perfect. All Basswood planks are kiln dried and sanded smooth. No chemicals are used in the production of planks. Apply a food safe covering such as butcher's block oil and use them to serve food, but not for cutting on with a knife or other sharp object. Made in Wisconsin.

• The approximate width of these planks will be between 7 to 9” wide. This case contains 4-pieces approximately 11” x 7 to 9” x 0.69”

• Sold by width increments only. These planks are between 7in. To 9in. Wide. They are sawn to 11in.long by 0.63in thick and sold in various pack sizes.
• Supplied kiln dried.

• We recommend this quality for woodburning and laser engraving. Also perfect for painting.
• The surface is sanded smooth and ready to use. Note that the minimum allowable "white space" is 4-inches. If you need larger spaces consider item number 3510
• Any loose bark debris should be gently blown or brushed off before use.
• Can be used as charcuterie boards to serve food, but not for cutting on. Treat with a food safe product such as butchers block oil before use.
