'Extrudr' uses only 100% new DuraPro ASA plastic. No old material mix. This is the only way to * 100% high quality for the perfect print. High Flow Viscosity (HF) allows for faster pressure with improved printing result. Extrudr DuraPro ASA filament has up to 10 times higher melt flow index (MFI) and 4x better viscosity than conventional filaments. This allows for very smooth surfaces, optimal layer adhesion, high print speeds and up to 10 times higher print speeds. Example: The standard print speed of the \"Makerbot Replicator 2x\" is 90mm/s. With HF-DuraPro ASA, easy printing of 120-130mm/s is possible. Speeds of up to 180 mm/s have also been tested and give a useful result. LOW SHRINK - The DuraPro ASA shrinks by less than 0.7% during cooling. This minimizes deformation (\"deformation\") of the object. Vacuum sealed. Each coil is vacuum welded and supplied with drying granules during final inspection. This results in a significantly improved service life. Made in Europe. The product has been developed and produced in Austria. The colours are 100% biodegradable and come from Germany. Concentricity and shape tolerances, concentricity and shape accuracy are continuously controlled directly during production of 20,000 /s per laser (both concentricity and shape accuracy throughout the roll less than +/- 0.05). Technical data (DuraPro ASA): recommended extruder temperature: 210 - 230 °C. Recommended bed temperature: 100 - 110 °C
