Truth be told I'm not sure where the prices, I sold one in the past for about a hundred and seventy and that was not signed. The buyer said they had been searching for this item for a long time. Only so many were made in 2008, created for the children of India two figures were made of Rama and Hanuman to inspire creativity and tell the stories of these Heroes of India.
This particular piece is autographed on both sides of the box from the looks of it the manufacturers and creator of said figure. It's not like this item has been widely sold. Only so many were made it, was only made for one year, and this one's autographed by the creators.
High price as I have no frame of reference.
