The Edelbrock Torker II Intake Manifold is designed for street application vehicles. The intake is made from aluminum and given a natural finish. They are only for high RPM applications, and not mileage or emission related manifolds. The increased plenum volume and altered radius of the runner gives air / fuel charge a shot at the intake valves. This produces a potent power build from 2, 500 to 6, 500 RPM. The manifold channels the air and fuel mixture from the throttle body to the valve ports.
- High top-end horsepower, without affecting mid-range and adequate throttle response
- Works well where hood clearance is limited
- A manual or electric choke carburetor must be used
- Single plane, low-rise intake manifold
- Not equipped with an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)
